Cape May National Golf Club traces its roots to the late 1800s and the predecessor Cape May Country Club, establishing a rich golfing heritage in southern New Jersey. Known as 'The Natural,' this championship course was designed with unprecedented environmental sensitivity, starting a new trend in golf course development that prioritizes natural preservation.
Cape May National exists to provide pure championship golf within one of New Jersey's most preserved natural sanctuaries. The club maintains its commitment to environmental stewardship by surrounding a fifty-acre private bird sanctuary, creating an authentic natural golf experience without houses or development on the property.
The course operates under the leadership of President and Co-designer Robert E. Mullock, who continues the vision of environmental golf excellence. Professional Emeritus Skee Riegel brings decades of tournament experience and accomplishments to the club's operations. The pro shop specializes in premium equipment from Callaway, Srixon, and Titleist, offering comprehensive club repair, fitting services, and Cape May National merchandise to enhance every golfer's experience.
